Pike County Sheriff Department Evidence Protocol
Property/Evidence being held at the Pike County Sheriff’s Department can be released upon approval from the Pike County States Attorney office or a Court Order release. The property being released will be personal property that has been recovered by the Sheriff s Department during the course of an investigation.
